Make your Guitar Play Better Than New
It's a sad fact that modern guitar manufacturing misses out the crucial step of properly setting-up the instrument.
You could easily pay thousands of pounds for a guitar, and still not get a properly set-up instrument.
How do I know?
Because I was in music retail for 14 years and I watched standards slide as costs were cut - even by the big name brands,
If you've never had a pro set-up before, you are in for a treat, because every chord and note is easier to play when the guitar is properly adjusted.
Shoddy factory setups really won't do.
Your guitar will play better and easier after being set up than it did on the day it left the factory - guaranteed.
The Verve's Nick McCabe, bought in four of his guitars for repairs and setups.
Among them were this artist endorsement programme Fender Stratocaster and Jazzmaster, all in the workshop for various repairs, including proper fret-dressing, servicing the electrics, plugging stripped endpin screw-holes, and correct intonation.
The Jazzmaster was in much the same way - factory finish fret ends needed de-burring, bull-nosing into a nice smooth profile, and then polishing to give a silky-smooth playing feel. Way Better Than New!
